This is a
picture of one of the volunteers who developed a really good way of cleaning
amaranth seeds. She managed to blow off
the chaff (which is very light) leaving just the very small amaranth seeds.
I thought it was
marvellous how she did it. When I tried
something similar with lettuce seeds the chaff blew up in my face and went in
my eyes.
