This is a picture of next year’s snake gourd
seed. I had time this morning to go
around and pick all the ripe snake gourds that are turning a beautiful red
colour.
I expect that processing the seed will be my
weekend job this week. We can’t leave
them too long to dry as the ants get to them very quickly.
