Had a difficult
conversation with a long term volunteer today who is not very happy about how
he has been treated. I think we should
all have been more conscious about what was going on and taken action
earlier. I don’t know quite how we can
help him leave focussing on the positive rather than the negative.
While I was
talking with him I noticed this lovely passion fruit flower nearby. Seemed appropriate given that it is nearly
Easter and this flower has a lot of symbolism attached to that.
