What is this?

We have had this on our beans for some time.  I found out today it is probably mealybug which is very prevalent around this time of year.  In the past we have had it on our papayas.

The fact that the plants are producing a lot of beans says a lot about our plants.  Over the years they have learnt how to deal with this pest.
