Since my SD card is playing up I
am taking a lot of pictures on my phone just in case at the end of the week
there are no video clips I can get hold of.

seems to have stopped there seems to be a lot more fruit around.
Had a good yoga class where we
worked on my spine and trying to help it be less contracted.
