Flow


Yet another image from my night time waking.  I feel that doing this is actually making it easier for me to fall back to sleep more quickly and feel more rested when I wake up. 


Feel rather wrung out and drained today.  Especially as I have a backlog of work on which I have to catch up.  Sitting and trying to help people with emotional problems takes a lot of time and energy.  I haven’t had sufficient time in front of my computer to do all the needed writing and other work.
