Had a school session cancelled
which gave me a day that felt very open so I was able to get a lot of other
work done. I see how squeezed I am having
to do so much in what is really not enough time. I feel as if I am constantly having to catch
up but never quite make it.
The new product is a disaster as
the sprouts don’t keep in the fridge. I
will have to grow them in a way that I can send them fresh every day.
