Managed to get a lot of admin
jobs completed today as well as cleaning and doing my hair.
This day last year I made myself
a foam roller which is what the picture shows.
I hardly do any exercises at home now but instead go three times a week
to classes. I am going through one of
those periods when I just don’t seem to have the energy to get myself doing
yoga on my own. Hopefully the internal
motivation will return.
Not particularly restful as I had
to talk to quite a few people who needed help. Feel that I am just about ready
to start the new working week. Hope that
it won’t be too impossibly busy!
