As we were cutting off the basil
seed heads this morning, a volunteer came up with an idea to use them in a
toasted sandwich. Which sounded
delicious.
Reminded me that I need to do
more work on the recipe website and could ask these Brazilian volunteers to
help. They seem to have done a lot of
cooking since they have been here.
