Had a very busy day today with
two school sessions and an Entry Service session with one of the people I
mentor. The quantities of vegetables the
Udavi students have managed to grow is wonderful.
Finished off the day with a sound
meditation which was lovely as well as being much needed. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep very well afterwards
as the sound vibrations woke something up in me and I found it hard to settle.
