Got very wet this morning as we worked
because it was raining. I say ‘rain’, but it was more like there were fine water
drops suspended in the air rather than rain falling from the sky on to the
ground. It felt as if it seeped into me
and was most uncomfortable, especially when accompanied by waves of high
humidity. Everything felt very soggy
Yet when I took some leaves for mulching it
was obvious that the wet was only on the surface as all the leaves underneath
were dry.
I had a lot of problems trying to express the
feeling of being hot and damp in the picture.
