Had a lovely day today going to see friends in Stoke on Trent and then having dinner with nephew
Stephen at a lovely Chinese restaurant.
This was topped off with a lovely ride back on the Manchester trams. I do love the way they turn from
being a bus in the middle of the city - just another road user - to a train with platforms once they get onto the rails outside the city.
Later I had a lovely quiet time with Rachael when we played on our tablets together. This was the picture that she sent to Emma explaining that we were indulging in 'bonding time'.
So that's what we were doing!
