Lovely, lovely rain

Yesterday evening it rained and rained and the soil was really wet this morning.  It was such a relief after all the dryness and problems we are experiencing with the well.

In reality the rain rains for everyone, but in the picture it looks as if it is raining just for me!

It was SO welcome although as often happens this time of year it is now very humid.
