I
don't eat peas very often as they don't grow in this climate and the
ones I see on sale in shops often don't look very appetising. I was
therefore amazed when I went to Foodlink this morning and found some
organically grown peas that had come from a farm in the mountains
near Ooty.
I
bought a lot of them and shelled them and this is what they look
like. They tasted delicious - as good as the peas I remember eating
as a child which I used to pick in our garden.
