Finally got to the sewing going today although had quite a lot of problems with the
special pen I bought in the UK to trace designs on the cloth.
According to the blurb the marks the pen makes will disappear after a
time and/or can be rubbed off with a damp cloth. Unfortunately I am
finding that the marks disappear so quickly I hardly have time to
embroider them before they are gone. Which means that I cannot draw
all the design at once but must draw as I go.
I have had
one or two other problems but am glad to be doing it at last.
