Got to London eventually and very
worried when Lesley wasn’t there as she had promised. Eventually found out that she was still
working on the details of my previous cancelled ticket. She thought I would arrive at 2.30pm! We eventually met up at Ladboke Grove
station. Found the tube a bit
bewildering at first but soon got into the swing of it again.
Had a lovely time with Lesley
culminating in a meal at the local Thai place which was very busy even although
it was Tuesday night. Fortunately got
there before it got really busy and noisy.
